Sometimes we get email from unknown email addresses and then we usually ask them, who they are? and about their location. But you can find their location without asking them.
Find location from email:
- When someone send you email his IP address is located in header of the email. Use this website www.wolframalpha.com to track location of the sender.
- If user is using Yahoo mail or Hotmail then IP address is included in email that is recieved. But if user is using Gmail for sending email then maybe his IP address is removed from header.
But if Ip address is not available then how you can find location of sender?
- In gmail click on that email whose sender's information is required click on arrow facing downward in front of to me.
- Now look for time zone of sender below that.
- Now use this website www.timeanddate.com/worldclock to get name of country using time zone that you got from email. Usually one country is in a time zone so it may help to get information about location of email sender.
As IP address is sensitive information so Google may hide IP address.- If IP address of sender is available then use www.wolframalpha.com to get location information.
But if Ip address is not available then how you can find location of sender?
