You can change speed of cars in GTA Vice City. This is very simple trick. This could be useful if you are going to have a race in vice city for which you could reduce the speed of opponent cars and increase the speed of yours and then you'll win race very easily. If you want to change speed (velocity) of cars in GTA Vice City then look below on some steps.
- Edit handling (handling.cfg) file with your favorite text editor like notepad.
- Now look for car of which you want to change speed.
- I want to increase the speed of Cheetah and make it more faster than Infernus.
- So I changed the speed of cheetah to 250. Now cheetah is more faster than infernus.
You can simply change speed of any other car of which you want.

Remember: Speed of vehicles are given under N.
- Original speed of cheetah is 230 and of infernus is 240 but I want speed of Cheetah to be 240 or greater than that.
You can simply change speed of any other car of which you want.
